On a whim, after a year of ongoing nagging from my sister, I finally put my profile on JDate. After receiving many emails from perspective dates, I answered only one email. That one email was from Barry, who is now my husband.
After a little more than a year of dating, he popped the question at the York Grill at 89th Street and York Avenue in front of our parents. After sixteen months of engagement, we got married on September 14, 2003 at the Water’s Edge in Long Island City.
We would like to thank JDate for helping us find one another. If it wasn’t for your website, I would have never met my soul mate.
