My current wife of seven years and I met on JDate more than eight years ago.  We found that we had been in the same rooms several times and lived at one time a few hundred yards from each other but had never met.  Bonnie had come into my toy store with her kids many times and had grieved in the same room for a friend, but we had never actually met!

When we started to correspond on JDate, we recognized friends in common and Bonnie figured out that if one friend in particular did not contact her with a warning about me, I MUST be okay.  We called that “The Larry Factor.”  It took JDate to connect us and we will be eternally grateful.
