How did you meet? What was your first date like? Give us all the details!
I was instantly attracted to Seth’s JDate profile – he had the best smile. We began messaging and texting when we finally arranged to meet up at a Starbucks in Porter Ranch, California. We hit it off instantly, and the conversation continued until Starbucks closed. We were actually swapping online dating horror stories, so he ended the date by shaking my hand. Seth called his best friend and said, “I just met the person I’m going to marry.” Meanwhile, I called my friend and said, “I really liked Seth but I ended the date on a handshake. I definitely messed it up.” I was convinced I would never hear from him again. Luckily, I was wrong.

Describe the moment you knew it was true love!
After the first date flop, I didn’t want to get my hopes up. When he contacted me for a second date, I was hooked. I knew instantly that I trusted him with my life and that he was my everything. Seth knew the moment he met me.

What advice would you give other JDaters?
Just completely be yourself, enjoy meeting people and go into it not expecting anything. I honestly didn’t know what I was going to find when I signed up for JDate. Luckily, it was the love of my life. I did have to go through some awkward first dates, but that’s part of online dating. Hang in there, be yourself and just have a good time.
